Meet Nasibakhon Aminova, a woman of incredible impact and achievements. With 15 years of expertise in project management, she serves as the Executive Director of the National Association of Small and Medium Business of Tajikistan (NAMSB RT). Under her leadership, NAMSB RT thrives, and she also oversees projects on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Beyond her professional endeavors, Nasibakhon is an exemplary advocate for women’s entrepreneurship in Tajikistan. As the Ambassador of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day in Tajikistan (WED) since 2018, she works tirelessly to empower and uplift women in the business landscape.
Her dedication to empowering others extends to her role as a member of the Task Force Group for the Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship, working alongside the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of Tajikistan. As a lawyer, she considers herself an altruist, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on society.
Nasibakhon’s passion for storytelling shines through her work as a social and travel blogger. She shares her experiences and insights through travel articles published in glossy and onboard magazines, inspiring others to explore the world.
An accomplished compiler and co-author, Nasibakhon contributed to the almanac “”Durri Marjon / The Beads,”” which beautifully captures personal stories of Tajik women, celebrating their voices and experiences.
Even in her role as a dedicated mother of two sons, Nasibakhon continues to drive change and create communities that benefit others. She is the visionary behind the project TajikMama.tj, an online and offline community for parents, with a substantial platform boasting more than 32 thousand subscribers on Facebook. This initiative, a corporate social responsibility project of NAMSB, has earned recognition and acclaim, winning the CSO New Vision Award – a prestigious regional contest for social projects.
