Founder Maluwa Africa, Co-Founder and Sustainability Manager at D&D Smart Construction.

She is a serial entrepreneur, she holds a Master degree in Forestry science from the University of Yaoundé I- Cameroon in addition to short courses in environmental assessment and Climate change. She is a free-lance consultant with over five years’ experience in natural resource management, environmental assessment and regional planning. She is the Founder and CEO of D&D Smart Construction a company focused on sustainable buildings and renewable energy. Passionate Agripreneur, she co-owns an integrated farm and looks forward to creating a food processing company. Jocelyne is the Women Entrepreneurship Day Organization Youth ambassador for Cameroon. Driven by her Pan African mindset, Jocelyne has founded an association of young female leaders of all walks of life called Maluwa Africa which is incorporated in Nigeria and currently has some 100 members in 20 African countries. Maluwa Africa hosted its maiden edition of the Young Female Achievers Pan African Conference from the 19th to 21st September 2018 in Accra Ghana. She strongly believes it lies in the power of her generation to create a prosperous and more united Africa.
